At the end of the bidding cycle the business owner can either award or decline the project.
Since using unknown freelancers can place uncertainty for the buyers the Freelance Auction Network has come up with a way to help alleviate this concern. When a project is awarded the buyer will escrow the project funds in a Pay PalŪ account held by the Freelance Auction Network Inc. These funds will be protected by a legal agreement and will remain in the escrow account until satisfactory completion of the project or proportionally based on a stated payment schedule as predetermined between the buyer and contractor. This process greatly helps to insure that all funds are protected and that the buyers are satisfied with their completed projects. If a dispute arises between the buyer and contractor it will be arbitrated solely by the Freelance Auction Network Inc and a decision will be made based upon review of saved conversations and emails regarding that project.
All buyer activity on the Freelance Auction Network is FREE. Our revenues are created by contractors who subscribe to bid on projects as well as a small percentage of the total project cost. So when a project is awarded for a specific amount then that amount is what the buyer pays.
